What types of property are required?
A: We are looking for clean and tidy 1 to 4 bedroom houses, flats and maisonettes.
Will my rent ever be late?
A: No, we guarantee you rent will never be late even if your payment date is on a weekend.
How will the rent be paid?
A: The rent will be paid directly into your account on a monthly basis
Are there any fees or charges for your service?
A: No, we pay you.
How much can I expect for my property?
A: The rent you get will depend on how many bedrooms there are in the property and it’s location, you can find out what we are paying by calling one of our team.
What do you need from me if I decide to let my property with your company?
A: We will need:
- CORGI gas safety test certificate.
- NICEIC electrical test certificate, issued by a NICEIC registered electrician.
- Energy Performance certificate (EPC).
- Three sets of all door keys to property.
- A copy of your building insurance.
We are happy to arrange these on your behalf but at your cost.
Do I need to furnish my property?
A: No, we take all of our properties unfurnished.
